After a few days of thinking i did a little exploratory looking at different area's of the interior and one section of the drivers quarter that Mario has proudly displayed on his webshots page

This looks like cobbled together from scrap pcs.

Another section cobbled up pcs plus rust in the corner after the pan was replaced.

Nice high quality insulating

Here you can see where the rust from the outer bumper & body mount is swelling into the packtray area inside, The fix for that was to slap some all metal over it and let it go, There area 2 areas with daylight coming through. one is about 2 inches long in the back corner

This is the area that Mario is so proud of on his web shots page, look at the next pic for a good detail on that area

Here you can see what the area looked like from the bottom, Its not even welded in place underneath.
